COMBAT SEQUENCE

During any form of combat, whether it is melee, ranged, magical or vehicle-based, there is a specific order of events that determines the overall flow. Combat follows a sequence of events known as a Combat Round. The Combat Round is broken down into Combat Turns, in which each character can perform various actions during their turn.

All players, NPCs, creatures and monsters must roll for initiative to determine the order during combat. At the beginning of each Combat Round, all surviving players and creatures must reroll their initiative, as new bonuses and penalties may have been accrued during the previous Combat Round. This is repeated until all enemies have been defeated or until the players are captured, killed or have fled the battle.
